Refund policy

At HairTheory, we strive to provide high-quality herbal hair care products made with carefully selected ingredients. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Due to the personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns once products have been delivered and opened.

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged
• Wrong product delivered
• Product leaked during transit

Return Request Process

To request a return or replacement:

• Email us at support@hairtheory.in within 48 hours of delivery
• Share:
  • Order number
  • Images/videos of the product
  • Clear unboxing video showing the issue

Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once the issue is verified:

• A replacement product may be shipped, or
• A refund will be processed to the original payment method

Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect depending on your bank/payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Opened or used products
• Allergic reactions due to individual sensitivities
• Slight variations in color, texture, or fragrance due to natural ingredients

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
